Ing. Vladimir Maštera
Chief Financial Officer
is also acting as financial director of Sdružení CEPAC - Morava, a regional non-profit organisation founded in 1993 by UP Olomouc (Palacky University), CEPAC France and Framo, s.r.o. (a private organisation). In this capacity, which he held since 2005, he is responsible for the management of a number of human resources projects supported by the EU and the Czech Republic. Prior to Sdružení CEPAC - Morova, Ing. Maštera was co-owner/manager and financial director of MORA MORAVIA, a.s., Hlubočky. MORA MORAVIA successfully completed privatization after the “Velvet” revolution to become one of the most profitable companies in the Czech Republic. MORA MORAVIA, who’s brand name “MORA” dates from 1825, is the largest producer of gas, combined and electric free-standing cookers in the Czech Republic; it successfully merged with Gorenje Group in 2004. Prior to MORA MORAVIA, Ing. Maštera was head of the economic division in Olomouc of AŽD Praha, the most significant, exclusive Czech supplier of transportation, signaling, telecommunications, automation and information technology. Ing. Maštera graduated from the Technical University of Transportation, Faculty of Economy in Žilina, Czechoslovakia, in 1980.
